PRIVACY POLICY

🔑Signing in

You can only sign in with Google or Apple. Through this we store: a provider-scoped subject id, your email, display name, avatar URL, account status, and the date the account was created. We never collect or store a password.

New accounts require approval by the operator.

👥Friends and games

We keep your friends list, game invitations, and the history of finished games — which game, who sat where, the scores, and when it was played — so you can look back at your own history.

🎙️Live voice and video calls

Live voice and video calls run peer-to-peer through a LiveKit SFU on our own server. Calls are not recorded and not stored — media only flows for the duration of the call and nothing of it remains afterwards.

Camera and microphone are used only during a call and only with the operating system's own permission.

🚩Reports and blocks

When you report someone, we store who reported whom, the reason, and any optional note, so a human can review it. Your list of blocked users is also kept.

🚫No ads, no analytics

We show no advertising, run no analytics SDKs, and never sell or share your data with third parties. The only data processors are Google/Apple (for sign-in) and our own servers in Germany (Hetzner).

🗄️Retention

Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account erases it — see the account deletion page for details.

🧒Children

BZ Huddle is not intended for anyone under 13.
